We help many hundreds of letting agents nationwide by serving their notices for them and this month, June, we have seen a HUGE increase in the numbers of section 8, non payment of rent grounds notices presented for serving and many are now over 6 months in arrears. Good news is that those over six months in arrears can be served a 4 week notice to speed things along! Everyday we are booking cases to court and although the process is still slow we are getting review dates pretty quickly so things must be easing.
